the location was great. i was happy about that. however, my room's view was bad. i was facing the indoor reception and could not open the curtains. plus, the breakfast had limited options for vegans so i ate very little.

the location was excellent near the central train station. the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. i found an ample supply of still and sparkling waters. fresh fruits were available in the lobby daily

housekeeping had not serviced the room by late afternoon on one day even after seeing them in the corridor earlier

spacious room central location

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed! the central location was excellent for exploring. i also appreciated the friendly staff who offered quick check-in and check-out.

the hotel lacked help with luggage.

broken door soft pillows

The entrance doors STAYED broken . This meant everyone had to use a single door, and the hotel seemed busy. The pillows were also MUCH too soft. I had to ask for extras to get comfortable.

the location worked great. it was a short walk from the central train station, a real plus after a long travel day. i found a nice restaurant right in the hotel. breakfast had excellent options. i would book again.

the room didn't have much natural light. it faced an interior space, so it felt a little closed off.

i found the service to be hit and miss at times and it took two elevators to exit and enter the room, a bit annoying.
